SEASIDE PALM COVE IS IN A RESIDENTIAL ESTATE AND THERE IS NO USE OF THE POOL AND NO OUTSIDE NOISE AFTER 10PM OR BEFORE 7AM. SEASIDE PALM COVE IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE AND LOUD DISRUPTIVE NOISE IS NOT PERMITTED AT ANYTIME. The house is primarily set up for use by families. Only the guests booked into the house at time of booking and in available bedding are to stay at the house unless by prior arrangement. The single beds are standard singles and intended for children who fit in a single bed comfortably . The pool equipment is set up for automatic heating and chlorination and must not be adjusted. It is the responsibility of guests to ensure the pool water level is maintained at or above midway of the skimmer box. There is a hose set up ready to add water as required. Pool equipment will be damaged if it is allowed to run dry. Smoking is not allowed inside any room and must be done outdoors.
